Shaman
“Szamanka” is the 17th studio album of Justyna Steczkowska. It is a unique and unique publication, with which the artist wants to celebrate her 25th anniversary of artistic work. The album presents a total of 12 completely new songs and a jazz arrangement of the cult “Shaman’s Girl”, which she recorded together with the outstanding pianist – Leszek Możdżer. Among the completely new compositions, listeners will find m.in 5 duets and 4 unique mantras. Justyna Steczkowska invited extraordinary artists to collaborate on this album. Listeners will be able to enjoy the voice of the Shaman of the Polish music scene, as well as: Beata Kozidrak, Arek Kłusowski, LUNA and Marcin Maciejczak.
The uniqueness of the album is also evidenced by the way it was released. Only 1000 limited copies will see the light of day – so it is a treat for true music connoisseurs. What’s more – Justyna Steczkowska gives her fans a unique CD in a large-format packaging, produced on exclusive metallized paper. The whole is stylized as a packaging of vinyl records and is enriched with three-dimensional elements, as well as photos from music videos with the artists accompanying the artist on the album “Szamanka”
The graphic design of “Szamanka” is the work of an extremely talented, world-famous photographer – Agnieszka Lorek – whose works were awarded, m.in, in “Vogue Italy”.
Finally, it should also be emphasized that thanks to the involvement of several producers, the album will certainly meet the expectations of even the most demanding music lovers. The vast majority of listeners will hear “live” instruments on it – m.in. strings, harp, piano. In the preparation of her jubilee album – “Szamanka” – Justyna Steczkowska engaged many musicians-artists. Thanks to this, he can give his fans a world-class release.
